StockCross recognizes and appreciates the importance of protecting your personal information. We take the responsibility of handling your personal information seriously. We are a regulated financial institution and a member of FINRA and SIPC. As such, StockCross is required to obtain some personal information about you. StockCross limits the collection, use and retention of your personal information to the extent of administering and maintaining account and business services to you. We collect your name, date of birth, address and identification number, such as social security number and driver's license number. StockCross collects non - public personal information about you from applications and other sources with your consent. We may use such information to open and administer accounts or to send you information that we feel would be of interest to you. To opt out of marketing communications, please follow the unsubscribe directions within these emails. A user will not be able to opt out of service related email communications. 

We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy and required and permitted by law. We do not disclose or sell any non-public personal information about you, whether you are a current StockCross customer or a former customer, to anyone, except as permitted or required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal processor as authorized by you, or, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of other, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements [TT1] . We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities (i.e. web-hosting, customer service, etc). These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

StockCross allows access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to access that information to provide products or services to you. 

The importance of protecting your personal information online is critical. We protect your personal information by incorporating powerful state-of-the-art security measures and all of your personal information and sensitive information (such as Social Security number) are collected and stored on a secure area of our Web site. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We use cookies for our shopping cart, to remember users' settings (e.g. language preference), for authentication.Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level.
